Kathryn
OFFICE MANAGER
Kathryn has been in the dental field as an Office Manager since 2006. Kathryn’s expertise in dental insurance, insurance coding and billing, overall patient satisfaction, and practice management is a tremendous asset to our office here at Summer Creek Dental!
She has been a member of the AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Managers) for over a decade and regularly attends continuing education and training courses. She attended Houston Baptist University and studied in Biology and Psychology.
She resides in nearby Huffman with her high school sweetheart Michael, and their 3 boys. In her personal time, Kathryn loves spending her time attending her kids multiple sporting events and extracurricular activities. She also enjoys running and reading whenever she can find a quiet moment.
Julie
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Julie is one of our amazing dental hygienists’ here at Summer Creek Dental. She has been in dentistry since 1994 where she graduated from Rose State College with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of dental hygiene and is always eager to answer any questions you may have.
Julie is originally from Oklahoma, but lives nearby in Kingwood. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughter and son. She is a big Oklahoma Sooner fan, loves being outdoors, and listening to music. Julie also has an extensive knowledge of useless pop culture trivia.
Julia
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Julia is one of our registered dental assistants. She attended the Lonestar College dental assistant program in 2014.
Julia was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and is a recent Texas transplant. Julia loves spending her free time with her husband, and two sons. She enjoys working out, traveling, camping, and other outdoor activities. Julia is such a joy to be around and her positive energy can always light up a room. Her drive to learn and provide the best care possible are greatly appreciated by our patients and dental team.
Nancy
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Nancy has been working as a registered dental assistant since 2013. She loves helping people understand the importance of dental care and is a loving gentle hand to hold when patients get nervous. She is extremely patient and kind to everyone around her.
She lives in the Porter/Kingwood area with her loving husband and 2 beautiful children. In her free time she loves the Houston Astros, Netflix movie binges and speeding time with her family and friends.
Agnes
Patient Care Coordinator
Agnes has been in the dental field since 2008 as both a Registered Dental Assistant and a Patient Care Coordinator. Her extensive knowledge of both the front and back dental office is a huge asset to our team. Agnes is warm and welcoming and always greets our patients with a smile on her face. She is an integral part of the Summer Creek Dental family and we are thankful to have her!
Agnes graduated from Cypress Creek High School in 2000, and then went on to Dental Assistant School to earn her RDA license. Agnes lives nearby in Huffman with her husband Mike, and twin girls. Agnes enjoys family gatherings, traveling and playing board games at home.
Karla
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Karla has been working as a dental assistant since 2005. She is extremely kind, patient and informative to all our patients. She has a knack at comforting patients when they are nervous, and is our resident x-ray guru.
Karla graduated from MacArthur High school is 1997 then went on to dental assisting school.
Karla resides in the Humble area with her husband Froy, her two children, and her stepson. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and working out in her free time.
Jannet
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Jannet started her dental assistant career in 2018. Her favorite part about her job is getting to meet our wonderful patients. She lives in Atascocita with her husband, three children, and puppy. She spends her free time traveling and watching her children play soccer.
Cindy
Insurance Coordinator
Cindy has been in the dental field since 2012 working as a registered dental assistant and insurance specialist. She is extremely knowledgeable in dental insurance and is such an asset to our team!
She lives in New Caney with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she and her family enjoy watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and taking her kids to the park.
Aundria
Front Office
Aundria is our sweet front desk coordinator that will greet you on your way in to the office. She always has a smile on her face and is sure to say “hello” to everyone that walks through the door. She has been in the dental field since 2017 and enjoys meeting our new patients.
Since moving to Houston in 2020, she is so excited to explore and get to know the area better. She has the cutest husky named Daisey and enjoys taking her to a local dog park. She practices photography and tries to visit the beach any chance she gets. We love having Aundria on our team!
Doreen
Front Office
Doreen has been in the dental field since 2012. She is extremely kind and caring and will always greet you with a warm smile!
When she’s not at the office, she is supporting her daughter in golf, her son in baseball, wrestling, and lacrosse and missing her oldest daughter and grandbabies in Alaska.
Brenda
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Brenda has been a dental hygienist since graduating from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1999. She is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to the dental health profession as well as creating lasting relationships with her patients.
She lives in the Huffman area with her husband Chris and 2 children. She loves to travel and enjoys beach vacations the most. She is an avid CrossFitter and always eager to go on outdoor adventures with family and friends.
Martha
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Martha has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since completing her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch in 1994. Martha is wonderful at providing dental health education and is always eager to answer questions to help our patients have the best experience. Outside of work, she is a licensed fitness instructor, leads classes in the Humble/ Kingwood area and has been a casual runner most of her life. When she isn’t working, she loves nothing more than spending time in her backyard with her husband, two adult daughters, and dogs.
Danielle (DW)
Patient Care Coordinator
Danielle has been in the dental field since 2001, with experience as a registered dental assistant, financial treatment coordinator, and office manager. She was valedictorian of her dental assistant class at the Academy of Healthcare Professions. Danielle is passionate about all aspects of the dental field. She enjoys getting to know the patients, making them feel welcome while providing quality customer service. Danielle is happy to be a part of the Summer Creek Dental family. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality, and radiant smile.
Daisy
RDH
Daisy has dedicated herself since 2010 to enriching lives through education and promoting healthy smiles as a dental hygienist. With a blend of proficiency, compassion, and a fervent commitment to enhancing oral health, Daisy endeavors to positively influence the well-being of her patients. Daisy values collaborating with exceptional team members who exhibit compassion, cooperation, and support. Our primary objective is to ensure that patients have a seamless and pleasant experience during their visit, devoid of any worries. When we’re not in the office, my hubby, the boys, and I turn into food fanatics who can’t resist a Texas BBQ adventure or a sandy escapade to the Mexican beaches!
Hannah
Sterile Technician
Hannah graduated high school in 2022 and is the youngest employee here at Summer Creek Dental. She is a quick learner, kind and always willing to lend a hand to anyone around her. She is always eager to learn new things and has a bright future ahead of her! She loves spending time with her family and friends, loves playing board games and traveling.
Iliana
RDA
Iliana has been practicing as a registered dental assistant since 2008. She was born and raised in Weslaco, TX. She moved to Houston in 2016 and resides in the Atascocita area with her husband and 2 beautiful children. When they aren’t running between their sons’ baseball games or daughter extracurricular activities, they enjoy attending Astros games as a family. Iliana’s sweet, friendly nature is such a huge asset to us here at Summer Creek Dental.
Yasmin
Client Relations
Yasmin has been in the dental field since 2014. She is usually the first face you see when coming into Summer Creek Dental. She always has a warm welcoming smile for everyone she meets and goes above and beyond to provide the best service she can. She loves meeting new people daily and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Laurie
RDH
Laurie has been an RDH since 2014, obtaining her degree from Lonestar College in Kingwood, Texas. She has previous community clinical experience for lower income families at Tomagwa Healthcare Ministries of Tomball, Texas and also with the Shreveport-Bossier Mission in Northwest Louisiana. Patient care and education is her passion. Laurie has 4 children and 11 grandchildren, whom all reside in Louisiana. When she is not traveling to the Cajun state to visit her family, she enjoys her exotic flower garden and playing golf and music with her husband. Prior to joining the dental profession, she was a lead singer in a variety of bands and has performed around the state (Texas Jazz Festival in Corpus Christi; Austin Livestock Show and Rodeo; SXSW Music festival and the T-Bone Walker Blues Festival in Linden, Texas).
